I'd like to get a take on the steps of puttin on makeup from beginning to end. Gettin mixed ideas. Some person do eyebrows then eye makeup ten conceal n foundation. Help !!!

You do whatever you want. People work in different ways and everybody's probably gonna be doing something differently. It all depends on what you like and what works and looks good for you.
I always do skincare, primer, TM, concealer, powder, eye makeup, blush, then lipstick. I'm usually too lazy to do eyebrows but when I do them, it's around the same time I do my eye makeup. There are people that do eye makeup and then eyes. It really just depends. There's no rule/law on makeup application order.
