The look as a whole needs to be toned down. Either lose the eye makeup and keep the lips or vice versa. It needs balance. Also there's a lot of shadow fallout under the eyes and needs to be cleaned up. Also, try not to apply shadow on the entire lid. There's need to be a "nude spot" between the crease and the brow bone. Also, the brows are too thick and dark. Needs to be dark brown and you can use concealer or foundation under to make it clean. Also I do think a slight arch would be great. I'm not a fan of the lip color. Try a more natural color.

It's looks a little to light (Or heavy all depending on what you're going for) on your brown bone and highlight. I would clean up your inner corners so it seems like its less like a mast going around your eye, as well as your outer corner area. I would also go with less of a bold color with eyes like those.

Helena the girls a right, it's a bit to dark. You should use a light color under your brow to make and in the corner of your eye, that way you make your eyes look bigger :)
The lips I'm not sure I get? Where you going for a Chinese porcelain doll look?
Anyways - it's great that you are playing around with your make up :) That's how we all learn!

You have beautiful colored eyes! You should accentuate them with the right shadows. This shadow just masks them. Flaunt what you've got Hun ;)
