Dyed Hair Brush?

A few days ago I met a girl which had pink and blue hair, and she combed her hair with some kind of brush that looked like a painting brush. When asked she said its something 'between combing and coloring'. What is that?

No its not that...its like a small painting brush.

I know what you're talking about. I've used it before for hair coloring. This is used to apply hair color as well as chemicals(like a relaxer.) you can find them at Sally's Beauty Supply. It's a dye applicator brush.
