Hey I suggest purchasing some kind of lavender sent it will help relax yourself. For the puffy eyes Try slapshing cold water on your face in the morning , this dialates the vessels of the skin
2: put cucombers in a bag and put them in the freezer until they are frozen. Then lay down keeping your head proped up with a pillow. Place the cucombers over your eyes for about ten minutes
3: if you don't have cucombers then this step should work too. Grab a cup and fill it with COLD water then take a spoon and put it in the cup for 3 minutes or so. Take the spoon out and put the back of the spoon on your eye. Hope this helps
