Hi girls!
So my biggest (literally) issue is that I have very large boobs.
I always find it so demoralising when I go shopping because these days EVERYTHING looks as if its made for girls with a small chest. All dresses and tops have a high neckline, which on me just looks incredibly awkward and fattening. Bralettes, bandeaus, and corsets are so in right now but I can't wear them for obvious reasons. If I find something that has a low neckline, I just end up looking trashy and everyone stares at me like I'm a slutty alien. I just LOVE the style of clothes I see in shops these days but I realise that they're just not suitable for my body type... Even with simple tops like a button down blouse for work I have trouble finding one that fits me without looking porno because a normal size fits me around my waist and stomach but it just looks so stretched out on my boobs.. I just want to play up my body but I can't because I can't find anything that suits me.
Whoah, sorry about the long rant but this is really affecting me negatively. I want to be in style!
Can anyone help?
Xx

I have the same problem, try V necks. Not super low, but low enough that you don't just have a wide expanse of chest, you know? Personally I also like spaghetti strap tank tops to wear underneath other shirts, because they're not low cut and they stretch to cover my chest. I like the ones from BP, the juniors section in Nordstrom. The other thing is that if you can find corsets without cups, those work. I have one, I love it. Try not to wear muscle tees or "bro tanks" because your chest will make them look awkward and make you seem larger than you are. Most importantly, try everything on first. If you see something you love, it doesn't hurt to try it on. Okay, sometimes it won't fit and that can be frustrating, but just keep trying. I hope I helped a bit! Best of luck.

I have the same issue and I stopped shopping for a while at one point due to it. With time I now know what type of fabric, shirt type, style, and even brands that work.
Anything silk or satin or whatever, just doesn't work. It looks really weird and stretches at the boobs. I really love love love chiffon blouses. Chiffon works so well cuz it has a little stretch in it so it ends up hugging my boobs perfectly, accentuating them but also not looking porno-ish. Like you said crop tops, corsets, and stuff like that to me as well is a no-no. I wish I had the confidence for it but thats a step I just can't take right now because I feel like I look trashy when I try them on.
Also, stores like wet seal and charlotte russe typically just dnt work. I try everything on at forever 21 but barely buy anything fron there anymore.
I spend so much money on my clothes and I dnt wanna stereotype or whatever but with my experience I just found that places like dillards and von maur and nordstrom..in their contemporary or expressions department with brands like free people, aryn k, mm couture, and other brands in that department make sizes that work really well with large chests but are still trendy.
Also like hannah said, the right cami will be your best friend. I prefer wide strapped ones from white house black market just because my boobs need that support but if you can work a thin strapped one, do it girl :)
Ultimately, boobs are something you need to learn to work in your own comfort zone and just try different styles from different places and keep an open mind and you'll find somethingg eventually.

Oh my jeez that post was long! Sorry, but hope I helped.
PS...if a shirt stretches at your boobs but you love it, try incorporating a scarf into it if it works. Lol good luck hun!

First and foremost you need to make sure you are wearing the correct size bra. your breast tissue should not be spilling over the cup (even in a push up) straps should not be digging in and you shouldnt have any "back fat" if all those things, plus a bit more, are in check your tops should start fitting much better. also no button pulling or fabric stretching. that is a huge red flag that you are wearing the wrong size. go up a size and if the garmet becomes too large in other places you can always get it taken in. wearing tops that are too small will only make your chest appear larger.

Lama k. nailed it with having to invest more into your clothing. you'll find that more department store clothing will be more accommodating to different shapes and sizes whereas the stores that carry more junior brands like forever 21 and wet seal don't carry clothing for grown women's bodies.
