I always paint my nails for my boyfriends races and he has the worst colors together. I have a picture of his bike and my nails on my page but I don't know how to do them this weekend that wont loook awful! His colors are pink, red, and black. Any ideas? Thanks :)

actuallly i havent! I have a nice pink glitter, I could try. But I dont know how i would get alll three colors in.

I like them both! I was actually just looking at the ombre ones before i saw this, just trying to decide what kind of design to add :) But I like those half and half!

Katie what you can do is paint the background what ever color you want. While its still a bit wet dip you brush ( old dry brush) in to the glitter. One color at a time. Just dab it on. When you are finished with your 3 colors the use the brush and brush over the whole nail. Try to use a " fine" glitter. You will have to top coat twice.

Welcome! I did just see a video here. Look for the Gradient nail video. You can certainly use 3 colors!

I know, i've used three colors before but im not sure how well those three colors willl look together! I guess i'm going to have to test a few things out.

For the gradient nails you could always just add two black blocks on either side of the nails to make a gradient stripe in the middle - like the Nailasaurus did the other week. http://www.thenailasaurus.com/2012/07/let-me-upgrade-you.html
