I think my foundation is making me breakout...I'm 27 havent broke out in years and I recently changed my foundation to" revlon colorstay" has this happened to any one else??.what can I do now to fix this.

Yes! Same thing happened with that foundation get rid of it. I now use mufe hd and mac prolong wear.

Well it could be the foundation as everyones skin is different!! Just stop using the foundation and get some face wash to help your face, try not to where much makeup also as your skin is sensitive right now!!

Stop using it. Don't use any scrubs or do a manual exfoliation. When something irritates the skin all that is the last thing you want to do. I suggest just keeping it simple. Stick to your usual cleanser and moisturizer and let the irritation clear itself up on its on. It should clear itself up within a week or so depending on how much your skin is affected. I tried Colorstay myself and I only lasted one day as I didn't like how it felt on my skin...like a mask.
