Can anyone tell me how to apply eye liner perfectly. whenever I apply it scattered on my eyes and look not so good.

Liquid is always easier!! Oh and gel is amazing for beginners!! Worked well with me!! It takes time for a perfect wing so don't give up!!

Cut a slanted triangle in an index card, put it to your outer corners, full in then go back and connect the inner corners.

Try with a pencil eyeliner first then when you get the shape you're pleased with go over it in liquid eyeliner for a sharper precise look. It's one of those things that you need to keep practising. You'll get the hang of it the more times you do it. :)

You should go to Michelle phan on YouTube and look up Michelle Phan Eyeliner.

Start off by using a black eye shadow and an angled brush and map out the shape you want, then go over with a liquid liner. But it realty just takes alottttt of practicing and depends on your eye shape.
