Use Monistat Soothing Care Chafing Gel. It can be found by the pharmacy where the yeast infection items are.
I know it sound weird but it works really good.

drugstore - I like loreals magic perfecting base and I have to agree with Jennifer C. Monistat chafing gel works amazingly just as well as Smashbox's photo finish primer and a third of the price!!

I agree with Kayla, Jennifer & Ani. I've tried all 3 & love them. Only thing I didn't like with the ELF primer was that it wasn't much product in the bottle. But I still have the Hard Candy Primer & the Monistat Chafing Gel & I rotate between those two whenever I do my makeup.
