Thanks everyone! I used base coat a light pink coat of nail polish (you could use white) then top coat then I used three colors red blue and green. with those colors I put 1 small dot of nail polish (red blue or green) and used a nail art brush a small one dipped in acetone (I found that nail polish remover without acetone also worked for me) then with the acetone dipped brush dap it on the dot before it dries and it should give you that effect! I show a lot of my nail art on instagram my ig is @polishedlife if any of you would like to see some more nails of mine :)
