How do I get my hair bone straight with as little damage as possible.
Here's a picture of my hair after blowdrying and running a flat iron thru it already:

I have thick hair n the key to styling natural hair is deep condioning!. I have slept in hot oil treatments. (with a shower cap n scarf on).. then it takes training.
styling tools are important.. quality blow dryer. blow dry brush, plenty of moisture as n use a heat protector. my favorite used to b IC fantasia heat protector n the pink spray bottle. you can buy it from walgreens, sallys or a beauty supply for $7.99.
getting thick hair straight takes time. it has to get used to it.. it has to b trained..each time will get easier. believe me.

Oh, quality flat irons.
n if that diesnt work, don't b afraid of using a pressing comb. they aren't just for your grandma. you can get one that plugs in like a flatiron.. it takes some technique. but it can b an easy process..
n of course flat irons as the last step.

Wash and condition your hair thoroughly and with a very moisturizing shampoo/conditioner.
Apply some sort of heat protectant while hair is wet. Blow dry well, focusing the heat mainly on the root area.
Apply a spray form heat protectant all throughout hair. Part very thin sections to avoid excessive heat exposure.
Place a comb right below the flat iron, start at root and pass the comb and flat iron through hair, simultaneously. This should only be done twice to each subsection of hair at the most.
Hope this helped! =).
