Mac's amplified and cremesheen finish
ysls rouge volupte lipsticks are the creamiest I've ever tried but also very expensive
love the lip butters as well and they are affordable ^_^
the round nyx lipsticks are another affordable option ($3-4)
the only downside to moisturizing lipsticks is they usually don't last very long on. but you can always wear a lip balm underneath any matte lipsticks if you prefer mattes and longer wear formulas
make sure you start off with exfoliated lips of course!
