Oh wow. That question was really hard to read. Where are you from? (Also I wrote love on my nails with a gel pen, let it airdry for a few mins, put a blow dryer on low and cool on the nails, then set it with a topcoat)

If you don't have any special nail tools then I suggest a pencil is the most common object I can think of.

There are several tutorials on YouTube that I've drawn from on how to cut regular brushes to fit your nail art needs. I've done that for all of my brushes. And here's some nails I've done.
