And braid your hair at least once a week before bed and massage your scalp thoroughly before you take it out in the morning, and when you wash your hair give yourself a vigorous scalp massage after you apply conditioner but before you wash it out :) :)

Don't wash your hair everyday, if you're used to washing it that way maybe invest in a dry shampoo or use a sulfate free shampoo. do plenty scalp massages. trims your ends only when needed. maybe take biotin? start buying more natural products, they're healthier. & do lots of deep conditioning, your hair should never be dry because it'll break off easily.
