I don't know WTH is going on with me, but lately no formula of eyeliner wants to stay still on my eyes-pencil, gel, liquid..I've bought cheapo & good stuff. I've bought those with brushes, the pens, I'm just wanting a no budge liner. For years I had good luck with Maybeline black waterproof, but I want to branch out a bit. I'm about to haul out a Sharpie at this rate. Yes, there are times for smudgin, but for my daily look, I prefer a clean line.

Put a black eyeshadow on top of it with a angled eyeliner brush. It's kinda like setting your liner like you set your foundation with powder. Let me know how this works for you :-)
