Can you please recommend a great eyeliner that survives at hot weather I am almost out of my second sephora waterproof kohl pencil but lately with the high humidity n here it. Tends to stamp on my eyelids and melt under the eyes making me look like a panda :( I was out on an occasion with my husband and he said why are you wearing smokey shadow on one eye and the other is blank ,, I was like woot I'm not wearing shadow today :"( ,, I live in Qatar search the climate there its a disaster
