Liquid Eyeliner Tips

I've always had trouble with liquid eye liner.
I can never make it look neat-- it's clumpy and choppy and just a mess!!
I would love to learn to use it correctly because it's so eady to clean up than pencil.
Does anyone have any tips on how to apply liquid eye liner?

I usually begin to put it, from the center of the eyelid. beginning the brush contains a lot of color then leaves a thicker line..so it is convenient as it is there that the eye-liner should be slightly thicker. stretching the line out the brush releases less color and line out thinner, then the same will happen when you have to put in the corner of the eye.
to make a perfect tail, I'm careful not to make it point up too early, so you do not cut the eye, and create a triangle that has an angle that joins the rest of the line, the other just in the exterior corner of the eye and the apex on the outside. at the beginning is a bit 'difficult, the more you go, the more the line will be sent straight! the hope is you help, even if it's hard to explain :)

I use cream eyeliner I start from the top eyelid beginning of thin line I pull my eyelid to my left so the skin lightly smoothes out and from there use your eyeliner brush to follow the shape of your eye
