I would encourage you to drink more water and take vitamins specifically for hair growth. Also I would recommend "Redken" it is an awesome shampoo and conditioner for hair growth and hair loss. I use it myself and so does my mother I swear by it.

Losing hair is natural, unless it's coming out in clumps and you're noticing severe thinning or bald patches it's not an issue. An average hair loss is approx. 100 hairs a day.
