Make one on blogspot, you can advertise it on her if you want this community is pretty supportive. Also, write about things that interest you, and your audience will all have the same interest.

You can always star on tumblr. It's a super easy blog platform than try blogger or blog spot. Lots of beauty blogs are in blogspot.

Blogspot got me started! Honestly just write about what you like, write reviews about just about anything you've ever tried, and people will read. I hardly ever get comments on my posts but the page views are pretty high, so I know people are reading. Don't get discouraged, it starts out slow!
