Number one don't dye it. Number two good shampoo without sulfate and deep condition I recommend its a 10 deep condition number two no heat just wear your hair up

Take biotin.
coconut oil.
argan oil.
Castrol oil.

mushed bananas.
wash your hair every other day.
don't use heat.
if you do, use heat protector.
comb hair when damp.
don't wear hair up cus it pulls the hair from your roots.
hair masks.
horse shampoo.
crush prenatal pills in your shampoo.
massage shampoo on scalp.
flip hair upside down 5 minutes everyday for proper blood flow to the head (1 minute every so, not 5 minutes at one time)
