Don't pick at your pimples or scabs b/c it'll take longer to heal. take vitamins for skin (check w/your doctor 1st) and make sure you apply an spf for face (b/c sunlight can also make it take longer to heal). If you feel like it's just dry skin, use a fruit enzyme exfoliator.
