I need some foundation help!

I have a terrible problem with makeup lines. It always clumps up on my cheek, neck, and ears. I use Estée Lauder double wear maximum coverage in the lightest shade. It is soo think I mix 3/4 with a cream. Any way to smooth lines more? Advice?

Use less foundation and add some moisturizer to it. Then apply and set with powder.
