Sephora eyeliners are good but I do agree with Melanie urban decay is good as well along with Mac NARS Illamasqua and Benefit Cosmetics.

I just bought the Maybelline gel liner.. it works really good. especially for someone who never did it before... I kept looking myself in the eye lol but the product stayed! lol.
