Really good! If you ever wanna do it again you should make the red dots neater and add a little white to the lips for that effect. And add the little cheek and chin lines(:

Pretty good, but it lacks colour, your lips need more of a cartoonish feel, and don't be afraid to go heavy on the contour of your nose and the sides of your face!!
Put more colours!! Like blues, pinks, greens!! Comic books are all about something to catch your eye a look!
The lips I think you should go boulder and not thinner!! Line the inside as well or else it'll look like your lips were glued together!!
The nose same as the lips go bold or go home (not to affend) comic books want the girls to have amazing facial features that make you see her beauty so they go high demension to make the nose look... More... Cause the nose really adds to yhe comicness!! Lol this is long but I still love the brows!!

The dots are a little crazy and the line on your forehead is connecting. Thats the tricky part of the look is to not connect the dots.

Good start!.
I've never done pop art or comic recreation, but I am an artist. the thing that stands out to me is the size of the dots, like alma said. and also make sure there is some semitry in your layout. meaning, the dots need to b aligned in an even fashion. the top pic you posted shows this very well to me. see how she followed her Brown arch. she did a good job of adding balance which gave the pop art appearance. awesome start! keep working at it.
