Okay, so I have been taking Hair, Skin and Nail pills for about a month now, and I have been drinking about 6 cups a water and day and only using heat on my hair 3 times a week, (flatiron and at a low temp) and I don't see a difference in the length of my hair. My hair is thicker (as if it wasn't thick enough all ready) and shinier, but no longer than it was 2 months ago. :(
Is there any advice that you girls could recommend to me?

Don't use any heat at all is best ;) my hair grows about an inch to two in a month and I use no heat(: also it doesn't matter how often you wash your hair, if you need to wash it, wash it. Make sure you get your protein and vitamins, don't blow dry your hair (or any heat), don't brush your hair when it's wet, don't put your hair up when it's wet, and don't twist your hair when it's wet just squeeze it. Also when washing your hair don't bundle your hair up or flip your head. ALSO do a deep conditioning (oil treatment) once a week. You can just use olive oil. Heat 2-4 tablespoons up for 30 seconds, massage it to your roots, let it sit for 2 hours, then rinse! I also like to use garnier fructis length and strength, Pantene beautiful lengths, and any organix! Hope I helped!

The pills you're taking are'nt meant to make your hair grow faster, they just increase the health of your hair to decrease the amount of breakage. Average hair growth is about half an inch a month.

I heard castor oil works miracles when it comes to hair growth! That's what I'm experimenting with right now :)

Thank you all so much, I will try my hardest to reduce my heat use age And try the castor oil as an oil treatment!
