Do the best you can brushing, flossong and use mouth wash... Cant really help you... But stay as best away from stuff that'll stain your teeth!! Like pop, candy, etc. your orthadontist would have talked to you about all that.

I had braces for 2 years and just brush really good, hardly no soda(wasn't hard for me I don't like soda anyways) and try to eat healthy, too much sugar will make your teeth gross(:

Try to keep them the same color as they were before you got braces! If they get whiter, you will have yellow spots. And if they yellow you will have white spots!

Ugh I have the exact same problem. I use Rembrandt deep stain whitening toothpaste and it's helped quite a bit :)
