Like a white or cream puffy skirt, a pastel colour jumper (maybe under put a white Peter Pan collar shirt underneath if it's cold this is up to you?) cute socks with bows on like maybe the colour white, and then a pair of shoes that goes well with the jumper. Curly hair with a lot of bounce maybe a flower crown up to you and make up very natural with maybe a light colour pink lip x
