For the first time I am going to sleep with toothpaste on my zit.
Is there anything I should be careful of?

I don't know if I would sleep with it on, it really dries out your skin. If you're set on sleeping with it on, maybe put it on right before you go to sleep and take it off as soon as you wake up. :) Good luck!

I would rather use Neosporin instead because it doesn't dry out your skin or create redness on sensitive skin!
