Should I go on the pill?

Its to clear up my skin but I heard it can give you cancer and bad mood swings and also make you infertile which sort of scares me I have the dermotoligist next week and I've got to make up my mind if I want to take it or not my mum said its up to me but I want to know if its worth it?

I think it's worth it, I've been on it since I was 13 not for sexual reasons before anyone thinks that, I definitely think it's worth it, I wouldn't be without now. I don't get bad mood swings and if it made you infertile then the people wouldn't give it too you. It's all rumours, go for it!:)

You will have to tell the doctor that you are going on it for this reason because some pills make acne worse

Actually I heard that it stops a type of cancer. I don't think it's a bad idea. I would but my parents are paranoid and think I would go and do stuff. I wouldn't.
I would tell a doctor first before doing it though and get their opinion on what brands you should do.

I am currently on the pill and have been for a year, Everyone is different but from my experience it has actually made my skin worse! Which is absolutely horrible.

It made my skin better, but it depends on the pill. you should ask your doctor and if one pill doesn't work for you, you can always get another one
