Need silky shiny hair!

Sorry but does someone have any ideas or tips on how to make hair silky shiny smooth ect my hair is usually described as 'rough' and it's dull + lifeless so does anyone have ideas to make my hair bouncyand stuff (please nothing with eggs or mayonnaise I don't feel comfortable wig those products)

Well avacado and mayonnaise and I forgot the ingredient is good that's a good natural way to get moisture and or products aquage spray or shine spray.
