Stop using heat so much on your hair, I have 2 days per week that I can use as much heat as I want then the other 5 days, I can't use heat :)

I use shampoo to keep my hair soft and conditioner (I wash everyday) Argan oil everyday on the ends and whatever is left up to my roots, biotin helps the hair grow faster, I never brush it. Never use heat. My hair is now at the top of my butt and the ends are healthy.

I heard triming split ends doesn't actually do anything like where's the logic in that? your hair just looks healthier.I was triming my ends for years and it never grew I stop trimming and my hair is now a lot longer: )

Well trimming just gets rid of the split ends which if they're bad, split up the hair and can cause further damage.

For growth, drink plenty of water daily and eat more proteins, fruit and veg (dark green veggies are the best). Massage your hair every day, wet or dry for about 10 mins and flip your head upside down for 20 seconds so that you can promote circulation in your scalp. Once or twice a week, massage your scalp with almond oil and leave it in for 15-30 minutes before washing it out. A healthy treatment does a lot to make your hair healthy, I use an argan oil from pro naturals and it works great.
