I have small skin-colored bumps around my nose, they aren't zits but the skin around them is a bit red. I exfoliate my face twice a week, use moisturizer, and wash my face twice a day, but the bumps have been there for like a year now. What are they and how do I get rid of them?

Do they itch or hurt in any way?

Not really, sometimes they get a little itchy but not any more than any other place on my face.

Have you seen a dermatologist about it? my sister has the same thing (at least I think) on her arms and legs. The dermatologist said it was something that she got genetically and prescribed a soap and lotion and it really helped her!

Oh You could also try a face scrub like St Ives green tea or apricot scrub ($6-$7), the body shop's seaweed or olive scrub ($5-$10 dep.on size) or look into some from Lush, they're all great, anywhere between $8-$15. :)

I think I know exactly what you're talking about I have three they've been there for 8 years and they're impossible to cover. I've yet to go to a dermatologist because I never got a call back from them but don't try picking at them or anything and don't go buying anything trying to get rid of them because it WON't WORK. I've tried everything, go to a dermatologist
