I'm new to makeup and currently own a neutral palette from MUA which is supposed to be a dupe for UD's Naked 2. Now, I want to start experimenting with colors. Should I go for a full blown color palette or transition using 'colored neutrals'? Practicality wise, I don't think I'd be using the brightly colored ones, but it is good for experimenting though.
I only have enough money for 1, so please help a poor girl choose! :)
Here's the color pallete (with a contour kit at the bottom)

I'm pulling to the brights, as you already own a neutral. You can also work the brights in with the neutral palette, for a pretty pop of color that isn't overwhelming.

I'm a big fan of natural looks. So I'd go with neutral :)
