You're seriously flawless!! My gosh!! You don't need makeup!!
Okay first I would apply a BB cream (since your skin is so clear) it will just even out your skin! Some good ones are the Garnier Skin Renew and maybelline dream fresh, you can just blend with your fingers.
Next I would apply a pressed power to set the makeup. The ones I like are revlon color stay and rimmel stay matte(good if you have shiny/oily skin!
If you want eyeshadow just get natural colors! I know wet n wild has some good quality for cheap and if you want something easy get the maybelline color tattoo and apply to the lid!
If you want more of a dramatic look apply some eyeliner something like wet n wild megaliner or almost anyone from revlon or maybelline!
Then lastly apply a couple of coats of mascara! There are so many good mascaras!!
And also you can apply a tinted lip balm or lipgloss! But yeah I hope this helped:)
