I use a bananna peel to whiten my teeth at the moment but is there any other things I can find at home that will help to whiten them? I heard baking soda works,I was going to get a at home whitening kit but I heard they can damage my teeth and my dentist has told me I have healthy perfect teeth that I'm proud of I'd just like them whiter,I drink drinks with sugar in them with a straw as I heard that helps and I drink water mostly,and also how often should I whiten them?
