Let them close. They will be more professional and I love earrings. I can't imagine not being able to accessorize with studs or dangly earrings. Letting them close allows you to be more versatile

I always wear mine like that. But I like the thicker ones with the pressure balls on them. Don't wear the cheap ugly thin ones with them lol.

Keep them! I don't think I'll ever take out my plugs. I think the last time I wore hoops/danglys was when I was in 6th grade. (22 years old now). Holy crap, that was a long time ago.

Uhhhhh if you love them why would you take them out? Sounds stupid. You can wear earrings (like hoops or some dangly ones) "inside" your "gauges"
