Well i actually quit using shampoo and just use conditioner everyday and so far its working great! I use Ion deep daily conditioner from sallys :) mines for colour treated hair however Ion has a bunch of other ones :) i also use my mane n tail detangler afterwards cuz i have such thick hair and tangles easy lol. Once thats done i use Potion 9. Its by sebastian. Its actually a wearable styling treatment so it helps keep ur hair silky soft and helps with styling. I swear by this stuff. Its wonderful. You stoped using shampoo? Thats not good?! How do you remove dirt, grease, salt and other things attaching to your scalp/hair?

Oh LOL. Not completely stopped. I still use it like twice per week rather than everyday now. I just find even tho i use shampoo for colour treated hair, my colour bleeds out like crazy(its red), my hair was just horribly dry, oh and cuz my hair is a pain in the ass, everytime i use shampoo it knots up like really bad. But yeh i didnt quit entirely and as i said so far everything is going great with my hair, now that ive switched up my product etc :)

aussie's shampoo for frizzy hair and the conditioner are really good, I use them everyday then the 3 minute leave in conditioner for frizzy hair once a week :)
