No this is just a practice pic but I don't know what eye shadow to use normally I use mac malt eyeshadow light but I like it x

I think its a really good start as well, as a photographer myself I would maybe go for a stronger depth of field and maybe have your head in the same position but have your eyes looking into the camera, if you can force real tears your eyes will look so sparkly and amazing it really brings another dimension to the photo. however, with that being said this is an amazingly good practice shot and you have a very photogenic face.
