You can go to your nearest drugstore and get cuticle cream! It makes them very nice and you can also use buffs!

Get cuticle massager, massage that into the cuticles, wash it off apply cuticle remover and use a cuticle knife and gently scrape the dead cuticles off the skin. After that get a cuticle pliers and cut any excess cuticle away :) (I'm studying beauty therapy)

You can go to any drug store and get a cuticle remover. It's a little metal scooper kind of thing. It works wonders.
