First: soak cotton balls with nail polish remover.
Second: place cotton balls directly above your nails and wrap it with foil.
Third: after 3-5 minutes remove it, and you are done. ☺

I do that same thing but I use tiny rubber bands like for baby pony tails. I place a wet cotton ball on each finger
