Have you been to a doctor, this pass year? It might be very infective since you been waiting this long. You might need surgery, not sure.

I think you should mention it, because it seems like it is bothering you. Why don't you make another doctors appt. and mention it, it don't hurt to get some type of answers. Maybe it is nothing, but ask if it is on your mind.
