I am dressing as Medusa, with a prosthetic headpiece that will make the snake wig actually look like it is growing from my head, contacts, and fangs. Fiance is going to be Perseus, but turned into stone: a gladiator style costume with full-body paint and contacts. Originally we were going to use animatronics to fabricate a moving snake wig, but it was taking too long so we scrapped it.

I'm being Medusa as well, but I'm going to dye my dreadlocks green and put lengths of wire in them to make them bendable to mimic snakes. haha, not nearly as incredible as Emily's,but it should be fun.
