What kind of makeup can I use to do a skull candy look without it messing up my skin or making me break out after?

I'd use like normal brand makeup but a cheap brand you can use is elf. They have several different kinds of makeup. Where costume makeup, I found personally, to be too thick to really work with.

Oh elf is SUPER cheap too. so you don't have to buy high named makeup and pay crazy prices.

Use a foundation lighter than you maybe? and just you eye liners. liquid and pencil. Eyeshadow. There are makeup brands that make makeup specifically for costume makeup. Google it.

Kryolan Aquacolor in 070 will be nice and opaque and won't budge. You use a wet brush on the product and then apply it. It can be tricky to blend, but it works like a dream.
