Use a greeny coloured concealer to cancel out the red then add a light concealer ontop of that, that should help x

Hold some ice over the acne to reduce swelling and redness, then moisturize and prime and use thin layers of foundation over the spot until youre happy with the coverage :)

I would suggest what lauren said but since you don't have any. work with what you have and use thin layers of your foundation until you get your desired coverage, use powder to keep it from fading through out the day.

To be honest Emma...I would highly suggest that putting makeup on acne that had redness means that they are swollen and a bit infected...with that being said I would suggest not to cover it with makeup becAuse that will only clog it up more get it more red red and it'll only get worse...which in the long runs becomes acne scars. And this is something a dermatologist told me when I was a teen and would brake out during my days...but now its rare if I get a pimple maybe on my days but other than that never. So please doll take care of your skin don't ruin it with makeup...hope this helps ^.-

Ps. if you have to cover it up baad to go out I would recommend a concealer with medication that way you may be covering it up but your as well medicating it :)

Agreed with Michelle D. last thing you wana do is cover it up for one night and ruin your skin for a long time or forever.
