So I have it in parts of my arms and legs but was wondering is it possible to have it on your face as well?? I keep getting bumps on my face that don't look or act like pimples. Very frustrating especially since exfoiliating with gloves and Neutrogena Body Wash isnt helping :-(

Yes you can get it on your face it is a over production of keratin you have to do the same thing that you do for your body only in a more gentle way use AHA's exfoliate but not with the gloves try using a lactic aid peel its very gentle and a facial brush but make sure that it is KP and not millia first and that body wash should not be used on your face when you use things ment for your body it strips your skin an causes the inflammation and breakouts

I agree with Tracy! She must be a prof! It won't be healed over night. I found that dry brushing is a big help. It does sound like millia on your face. The key is finding the enough exfoliation without irritation. Def look into light chemical exf. like ahas, maybe more natural DIY with actual fruit. About three mo of dry brushing a couple times a week and using a clarisonic on my face twice a day and I'm bump free.

Do you eat a lot of chicken? it's caused by eating a lot of chicken that is raised in chicken farms, when I found out I cut back A LOT! and I hardly have that crap on me now.

Someone on here a couple weeks suggested Selden blue. The one with Selenium Sulphide in it. I have had KP for as long as I can remember, and I picked up a bottle as soon as I could after reading the post and I can tell ya, it really is working. I just massage it into my arms a few minutes before I hop in the shower and then scrub with a loofa when I hop in.
