Firat you wash your hair with your special shampoo and conditioner,don't use anything to dry it,when its wet use small amount of oil.or cream that you use and massage it trough your route focusing on the ends.I recomend castor oil because it helps the hair grows faster and give it a shiny look then on the wet hair bring your roller sets made of steal and roll all your hair with it,then wait till it drys or if you want faster results use your blow dryer in a cool heat.after that you'll get my shiny wavy hair :D.

Also you can apply a cream product or good old hair gel onto damp hair and put up into a bun leave overnight then you will have waves or for curls do plaits the bigger the strands the lighter the curl :)
