I've heard wonderful things about it, and have been lusting after it myself - according to the million and ten reviews I've read about it, it really does work. It is a theater makeup brand meant to withstand hot stage lighting after all. For only 5 bucks and some change, it's worth a shot. Hell of a lot cheaper than Urban Decay or Skindinavia.
Wish I had something more legit to say about it, but if you do end up getting it you'll have to let us all know how it works! Haha

Hey Alyssa! I tried final seal for a while and, in my totally non-professional opinion, it's quite intense! It give a FIRM hold, which is cool if that's what you're looking for. I wouldn't necessarily use this daily, but it does exactly it advertises!
