I have homecoming on Saturday. I need to get rid of these pimples. They're small and I usually have clear skin.

This works for me:
Put regular mint toothpaste on them and leave in on overnight, it will dry out the pimples and reduce redness if any
or clean & clear spot treatment if you want to spend the money

If its loads of them In one area don't apply tooth paste as it will all crack up and go horribly dry it happened to me.Try washing your face in the shower it steams your face an then wash it with cold water to close pores.
