I did it before bed so it wouldn't get in my eyes and I did it every other day, and my phone does the same thing :)

You should really refrain from using vaseline on your lashes... it could actually plug glands on the inner rims of your eyelids that produce tears, flush out debris and fend off infections.
Plus, you're not seeing any actual growth. Putting on vaseline is as effective as putting on mascara... It will appear longer, and thicker but they really aren't. It's the buildup of the product.
Yes, they can condition your lashes but that's all it can really do..

I know the risks and that's why I do it before bed so it can't really get in my eye and I put it mostly on the tips of my lashes instead of the rim of my eye. I personally think it's worth it.

Personally, there are other ways to do it without the cost of harming your lashes. Especially since it does not cause growth, or thickness to me it's not worth it the risk. But you need to let others know as well because there's a chance they won't research it and can end up with a pricey and painful eye infection.

I've done this before and I noticed it made my eyes look really puffy. So ofcourse I stopped. I agree w/ kitty just go buy yourself a good potion or make your own natural product.

Vaseline is actually good for your eyes my doctor told me so I use it every night and I have no problems.

I love Vaseline and will continue using it, I know the dangers but I doesn't get in my eye, only my lashes.
