Definitely yes!! I'm using it right now to grow my hair out and it is really working :D but I mix it with coconut oil to make it a bit lighter cuz castor oil is so thick and hard to get out of the hair but when you mix it with coconut oil it is great and easy to wash out :)

Yes, I mix it with coconut oil too and my hair is very shiny and soft.
